POB tip: Create overview of unread e-mails

When working with incidents, problems and changes, it can be hard to keep track of all the incoming e-mails from your customers.

An e-mail without  a reference will create a new case, but if the received email is a reply to e-mails sent from POB G6, it will not show up in the overview. In order to check whether new mails have been received, you have to go through your cases.

Make your life easier by creating a virtual column added to the overview list, showing if new e-mails have been added to a case.
