Kerstin Daun and Jørgen Østergaard, Founders

It all started with two people and one vision …
In 1990 Tim Berners-Lee, working with Robert Cailliau at CERN propose a ‘hypertext’ system, which is the first start of the Internet as we know it today. At the same time, Kerstin Daun and Jørgen Østergaard lay the foundation of Wendia in Switzerland.
Back then, also IT Service Management and ITIL were still in their very beginnings. From this background, the couple who had first met while working for SAP, decided to start up their own business. Their goal was to develop a Service Management tool suite following the vision to Make Service Management Happen.
… and continues with a growing family and team
Today, a growing number of dedicated employees is putting all their energy and creativity into servicing customers and developing a powerful and robust solution leading IT into a successful and sustainable future.
