Invitation: Two-day Wendia Partner Workshop

Dear Wendia-Partners,  
great events cast their shadows before: On 01 March 2010 the latest POB Release POB 21.12 will be available. To introduce all our partners to the new functionalities, Wendia is planning on a free of charge introductory training held by Product Manager Atle Nilssen. The training will complement a workshop for partners on the subject „Project Planning and Project Estimation“. Some examples of the topics to be discussed:  

1.      A new budget module that can be attached to any of the main objects in POB.
Also including a search engine for related costs.
2.      Simplified SLM installation for internal IT departments.
New settings that makes it possible to implement the SLM module without any Contracts and SLAs(!).
3.      Ticket service handling total amount instead of total hours
4.      Different input forms for the customer web application
5.      Enhanced security option including an audit log
6.      Even more flexibility for identifications in the Case Management window

POB Business Analyst Training for Partners

Date: Wednesday, 08 December 2010 to Friday, 10 December 2010

Location: Wendia Main Office in Skjoldenaesholm (DK)

The training will be held in English. 

Price: 1.425.- EUR (including accomodation in Wendia internal rooms, meals and airport transfer)

Prerquisites: ITIL Foundation and a good understanding of POB (based on a close study of user manuals and practical experience etc.)
