An increasing number of organizations invest in IT Service Management and base their processes on the ITIL framework. IT Service Management Forum Norway (/itSMF) has since 2003 been arranging conferences with an ever increasing number of participants. This year the expected number is well over 400 participants.

The conference takes place 3-4 March at Clarion Hotel Oslo Airport.
