The theme for this autumn’s itSMF conference 7-8 October in Denmark (besides IT Service Management of course) was healthy living. On the Wendia stand the focus was on POB Dashboard under the headline "The pulse watch of your business".
 
The service and catering were of top quality at the Scandic Hotel in Kolding, and people could smile overbearingly at the sometimes rather worn interior. Who cares that the elevator is from a distant time age if only the company is worth the while? And it certainly was worth while to spend a couple of days at the itSMF conference in Denmark. The professional agenda was very thought-through and relevant and the entertainment in the evening got people out of their chairs (literally).

In the row of good presentations especially SAS captain Jarle Gimmestad’s contribution “Working together for safety” stood out and made people talk afterwards. The experience from his carrier as a pilot and the issues of working as a team could easily be transferred to the field of Service Management - and, in fact, to other aspects of life as well.

At the Wendia stand Henrik Lohmann demonstrated POB and especially the POB Dashboard to the interested participants. Wendia thanks the itSMF board and the participants from Wendia for a successful conference.
