Service Manager Kaisa Selkokari started in Logica about two years ago with a relatively new group for Logica Finland, the ITSM team. The ITSM team provides full service when it comes to ITSM; process consulting, application set up and roll-out, ITSM application maintenance, training for end users and key users.
