Opening New Office in Munich

Wendia is celebrating succces on the German market with the opening of a new office in Munich. The Munich office will be the base for VP Business Development, Jörg Prahmann, as well as his two new colleagues in Wendia AG Deutschland: Product Manager Klaus Dettmer, and Business Development Manager Marco Boje.

With the opening of our second subsidiary in Germany we are taking full account of the influence of the German ITSM market on Wendia as supplier", Wendia CEO Kerstin Daun explains and continues: "For us, being close to our customers, and listening to their requirements have always been one of the most important factors for the development of our solution."

Customer-driven development is also one of the major concerns of new Product Manager Klaus Dettmer. As part of the team, the former Product Manager of Wendia competitor iET Solutions, wants to promote the consequent realization of ITIL expertise and customer requirements in Wendia’s tool suite POB. 

According to Klaus Dettmer, best practice frameworks like ITIL have become more and more comprehensive throughout the years. Parallel to that IT organizations have gradually become more and more mature with their processes. For that reason, many suppliers have already reached their limits and cannot provide the necessary functionality.

“POB is offering an extraordinary range of functionalities. That clearly shows process know-how and ITIL expertise of its developers.
