After the implementation of processes and the POB service management tool suite, Credit Suisse Trust has gained much more transparency and efficiency – this was the message Peter Hunziker, Head of IT, gave at the recent Serview conference “Back to the Future”
Last week, our German team attended SERVIEW’s 10th annual congress in Bad Neuenahr “Back to the Future”.
With some 250 participants at the conference, Wendia was delighted to have Peter Hunziker, Head of IT at Credit Suisse Trust in Switzerland, talk about the reasons why they chose POB and the positive effects it had on their IT service organization and business. Peter Hunziker’s presentation received a lot of attention and Wendia got very positive feedback from the conference participants. He introduced them to the challenges that Credit Suisse Trust had to face and how much more transparency and efficiency they gained after the implementation of processes and POB.
The audience was particularly interested in the realization of information security concepts and Peter Hunziker illustrated how Credit Suisse is now able to manage governance and compliance guidelines and realize concepts of information security successfully with POB.
Miriam Gögelein, Marketing and PR Manager in Wendia AG Deutschland, was also glad to present Wendia’s congress special, the Vendia Beer Bar, on Wednesday and Thursday, where she was handing out Vendia Beer to the guests.
