Wendia was founded in 1990 with the mission “To make Service Management Happen”, and is today a leading European provider of Service Management solutions.

Wendia is a privately owned company established by Swedish Kerstin Daun and Danish Jørgen Østergaard, who both held senior positions in major IT companies, including SAP. Their goal has always been to create standard application solutions that are easy to use by any service organization.

Wendia’s Service Management suite POB is a flexible and scalable solution containing an ever increasing number of modules supporting ITIL Best Practices in IT Organizations. 

Today Wendia has more than 200 dedicated customers worldwide. We are represented in many European countries, as well as in North America. Development is still primarily researched and carried out in Denmark, complemented by an additional development department in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Wendia’s strategy is to develop POB following the ITIL philosophy, latest trends in the market and the requirements of the industry. We are dedicated to selling and implementing our Service Management Tool Suite as effectively as possible – and most of all to provide POB customers with a user-friendly and efficient system that supports their services and business processes.
