After a phase of IT Service Management project planning and tool evaluation the IT Organization of German system vendor Bechtle Remote Services GmbH & Co KG decided for Wendia's Service Management Solution POB. In making that decision, the flexibility and scalability of the ITIL certified solution played an important role. Management and Support also put a lot of emphasis on multi-client capability, a quick project realization and a fair cost-performance-ratio with respect to license and maintenance costs.
