Some highlights from the agenda:

Peter Hidas, Gartner Group, gave an interesting insight into the trends and news from the service management industry. He covered topics such as ITIL, Cloud solutions, worldwide competition and much more.

May Liss Urang from Statsbygg has in a very short time achieved a great deal with POB in her organization and she was happy to share her experience and advice with the listeners. It was obvious that many people could recognize the issues that were brought up by May Liss and the response from the audience was very positive.

Wendia CTO Atle Nilssen presented the new major release from Wendia, POB G6, which is based on .net technology. The features of this long-awaited new version of POB were thoroughly explained by Atle, who also presented a road map for the roll-out.

Wendia CEO Kerstin Daun presented the latest news from Wendia’s international operations, along with the future plans for POB and Wendia.

Finn Jensen , CEO FastPassCorp, talked about the cooperation with Wendia and showed some key features of the integrated solution POB Password Manager which is delivered by FastPassCorp.

Øyvind Sand from Mirror Accounting, who is part of the PUG (POB User Group) board, introduced the plans for next year’s PUG conference.

The day was rounded off with a lavish Christmas buffet with entertainment being delivered by a very talented ventriloquist who was assisted by Wendia’s CEO Kerstin Daun – which the audience found extremely amusing.
