Scandinavian POB User Group Conference

The yearly Scandinavian PUG Conference with the theme:ITSM Services – how to make them visible to our customers. will take place in Norway Tuesday 15- Wednesday 16 2011.

The agenda for this year comprises 3 different workshops, info from Wendia and customer cases.

A really interesting case for our participants tis year will be Norwegian Bluegarden (POB user since 2006) telling about a successful revitalization of their POB installation.

Bluegarden will tell us about their new extended use of POB and their experience with measuring, follow-up on customer cases through the whole process in a project where improved customer service was the key target.

The new focus on POB which took its start in 2009 has among other things meant a significant improvement of the response quality as well a reduced response time.
